On June 8 Lithuanian military who had been deployed with Provincial Reconstruction Team (10th rotation) and in international ISAF and RC-W staffs were solemnly met in Alytus.
Minister of National Defence Rasa Juknevičienė, Chief of Defence Maj. Gen. Arvydas Pocius, Land Force Commander Brig. Gen. Jonas Vytautas Žukas, Ambassador of the United States in Lithuania HE Anne E. Derse, members of Seimas, leading officers of the Lithuanian Armed Forces' subdivisions, representatives of Alytus City administration, and relatives of peacekeepers took part in the event.
Homecoming ceremony of PRT-10 began with holy mass at St Casimir's Church, later a solemn parade in the Town Hall Square and decorations for participation in an international mission followed.
