A month-long International instructor course for soldiers and non-commission officers started on 5 September in Division General Stasys Raštikis Lithuanian Army School. Twelve soldiers from Armenia, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Moldova, and Ukraine take part in this course.
International instructor course is intended to provide soldiers and non-commission officers with knowledge and skills necessary for planning and organizing military activities.
The course is hosted by NCO School instructors who had finished instructor course in NATO countries. International instructor course is conducted in the English language.
During the course, participants will be introduced to the basics of military training. They will also acquire skills in organizing the exercise of armament and gunnery, as well as combat and physical training.

This International project is one more important step towards the cooperation between countries in training issues," Col. Albertas Dapkus told in his welcome speech, adding "the best and most experienced instructors of Lithuanian Army School are ready to share their experience, knowledge and abilities with the students."
International instructor course will be held until the 5th of October. It will be also followed by a certain cultural programme during which soldiers will have an opportunity to get acquainted with historical and cultural heritage of Lithuania.
