Commander of the NATO Force Integration Unit paid a visit to the Lithuanian Navy

On October 13 Commander of the NATO Force Integration Unit (Lithuania) Colonel Jakob Søgård Larsen (Royal Danish Army) conducted a visit in the Lithuanian Navy.

 

Col J. Søgård Larsen met with Commander of the Lithuanian Navy Captain (Nay) Arūnas Mockus. NFIU Commander was briefed on the activities of the Lithuanian Navy, current issues and prospects of further development. Other topics addressed at the meeting were the role of the NATO Force Integration Unit in the coordination of NATO exercises in Lithuania and its interaction with the Lithuanian Navy.
