Chief of Defence of Lithuania takes part in Baltic CHODs meeting

On April 23-25 Chief of Defence of Lithuania Lieutenant General Arvydas Pocius is attending a meeting of the Baltic States' Chiefs of Defence in Bille, Latvia, where trilateral cooperation is being discussed.

 

At the meeting LTG A.Pocius and his counterparts Lieutenant General Raimonds Graube of Latvia and Major General Riho Terras of Estonia are expected to address defence capability development, military training, and ongoing trilateral projects: the Baltic Naval Squadron BALTRON and the Baltic Air Surveillance Network BALTNET. CHODs will also discuss cooperative exercises of Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia held in training ranges of the Baltic countries, and the NATO Baltic Air Policing Mission.
